Personal data we collect

When you enquire. Through our contact form we ask for your name, phone number, email address, what you are planning, your property type, your preferred contact method and any project details you choose to share. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you send, such as your number, name and messages.

When you browse our website. Our website and the tools listed below collect technical information automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, how you arrived at the site, and interactions such as clicks on our phone or WhatsApp buttons and form submissions. Some of this is collected using cookies and similar technologies.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as NRIC numbers, that we have not asked for.

How we use your personal data

We use personal data to:

  • respond to your enquiry and give you advice and quotations;
  • carry out the work you engage us for, including invoicing and after-sales support;
  • keep our website secure and prevent spam;
  • understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it; and
  • measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited our website.

We do not send marketing messages or newsletters. We contact you only about your enquiry or project.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses these third-party services, which may set cookies or collect information from your browser:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — to measure website visits and enquiries.
  • Google Ads — to measure the results of our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited our website.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — to measure the results of our ads and to show relevant ads on Meta platforms.
  • Cloudflare, including Turnstile — to deliver the website securely and to protect our enquiry form from spam.
  • Google Maps, YouTube and Trustmary — to show embedded maps, videos and customer reviews.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage personalised ads through Google’s Ad Settings and Meta’s ad preferences. Google Analytics also offers a browser opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

Who we share personal data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed for the purposes above, with:

  • our staff, to handle your enquiry and project;
  • service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and messaging providers;
  • advertising and analytics providers, as described above; and
  • authorities or professional advisers where required or permitted by law.

Transfers outside Singapore

Some of the providers above, such as Google, Meta and Cloudflare, may store or process personal data outside Singapore. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

How long we keep personal data

We keep personal data for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal or accounting requirement. After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

How we protect personal data

We use reasonable security measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, loss or modification. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year;
  • correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete; or
  • stop using your personal data, by withdrawing your consent. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide our services to you, and we will explain what that means before acting on your request.

To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer below. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and may need to verify your identity first.
